3. Canola oil causes oxidative Damage
The polyunsaturated fats found in canola oil are highly unstable when exposed to heat, light or pressure. When a fat is unstable, it easily goes rancid and become very toxic.
Oxidative damage is essentially an imbalance between the production of free radicals and the ability of the body to counteract or detoxify their harmful effects through neutralization by antioxidants, causing stress all throughout the body.
