Psoriasis
Psoriasis patients showed clinical improvement in a trial with a wheat-free diet. In this January 2012 study, published by researchers at the University of Bergen and Haukeland University Hospital, 37 psoriasis patients and 37 healthy controls people were giving wheat to test if the element peptides, found in grain effects psoriasis. The researcher concluded that peptide might be an issue for patients with psoriasis after they saw stimulation of the condition after the subjects consumed the wheat.
